Understanding the Mind - Body Connection: Tips to Live to 100. Panel of Health Professionals will provide information and engage scholars in discussion on how physical health and mental health are interrelated; discuss healthy lifestyle choices to prevent heart/cardiovascular health/illness; diabetes/endocrine system; depression/anxiety/mental health.
Part II: National Trends and Services Facet: Science in Motion
Under the guidance of AAMU STEM Star Scholar Students, the students will be exposed to the scientific concepts of weight and balance through four (4) hands-on activities in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
